Katie was lying on the steps by the fountain. It was an early morning with the fresh breeze.
"Oh..looks like the day is gonna be calm and pleasant."
She took a deep breath and put on her sunglasses looking around. *No one..great*
She layed back on the steps when she felt someone or something splash water over her.
"Ahh" she cried of suddeness and turned to the fountain searching for the one who did it.
But there was no one.
"Hey whoever you are Thats not funny!!"

Lalita did not yet appear but you could already hear her laughter. Finally she made herself visible and looked at Katie. Her long dress was touching the slightly wet floor, she didn't seem to care. "Hi Katie." She smiled before taking a seat next to the fountain. "Alone today? where did the rest go?"
She had in mind that probably they were all still sleeping but just to check she decided to ask, being the leader of their community. Yet sometimes she didn't like being involved in every step they take but then again there were the coucils...and not their community coucils...the others.

Kate took a single glance at Lalita. It was so unusual for her to joke these ways cos she was the head of the council and always remained strict.
She looked at her and smiled too. "Oh...yeh...alone... dont know where the others are I just wanted to have a small rest from...just people." she continued. "Sometimes I miss that I cant fly, Ide just fly somewhere on a high mountain away."

Lalita flipped her long brown hair back and with a smile suggested "well you can teleport...teleportion can be used anywhere. If you want to fly so badly you can teleport yourself and appear on a cloud, then while you are going to falling teleport yourself on the ground." She let out a small laughter remembering her foolish actions as a teenager...in a second her eyes went wide open and she turned to Katie with a serious look on her face.
"Im only joking, you dare do that and i dont know what im going to do...just dont, ok? its dangerous especially when the powers arn't well practised."
Instantly she added, "but electricity is good, as a matter of fact its fabulous. You can make roast out of your enemies."

"Hah.." Katie giggled.
"Yeh..plus the idea of teleportioning on a cloud sounds to me weird, I cant even teleport myself normally to the next room now...its cos of my emotional instability these days.." Katie looked down but then she shook her head and looked back to Lalita.
"Hehe,electricity is kinda fun,yesterday I had a nice conversation with the toaster!" she loughed. "But seriously Im worried, sometimes I touch people and they jump from me as they felt electricity shock them a little, how do you think will that pass soon?" she asked Lalita waiting maybe for an advice. Lalita was their main teacher or how you want to name it.
She didnt punish them for mistakes, ...well probably for not following some of the rules.

Lalita smiled, "Well at least you can easily keep your enemies away." then she changed her look to a serious adviser. "You said it yourself...emotional instability. As soon as thats over you're going to start enjoying every single one of your powers." she nodded thinking of herself a couple of years ago and then she thought of some 'events' that happened not long ago. "Everyone makes mistakes, and no one is perfect. Last week Naya tried going back in time and maybe you didn't notice it but were were stuck in the past." She sighed, no matter what rules she gives they are just there to be disobeyed by them.
"Even i did something i wasn't suppose to...."

"Yeh youre right..I hope it will pass soon.." Kate said hopefully. Sometimes she loved her powers sometimes she hated them. "By the way I totally didnt notice stuff about Naya and her time uncontrolment.." Kate signed. She took a deep breeth and looked at Lalita seriously.
"What do you mean?Did something you wasnt suppose to?" she repeated, noticing Lalita looking worried.
